We specialize in helping Jewish organizations develop and implement dynamic Internet tools (web sites, email communications and social media) to help you achieve your mission and goals.  Through our research and experience, we believe that good technology alone is necessary but not sufficient for achieving success, and thus we are dedicated to helping mature organizational strategies and cultures, and the skills and capacity of staff and volunteers to help make your vision come to life.  We currenty offer the following:

• Announcing: Darim Online Boot Camps.  Our Boot Camps are a new program designed to provide more depth, breadth and systemic change for a cohort of Jewish organizations.  This 1-2 year program engages multiple staff and lay leaders from multple related organizations (e.g. all within a local region), for an inspiring, educational, and transformative course of study and guided action.  Boot Camps are often sponsored by a local foundation or Federation.   Email us to learn more and see if a Boot Camp is right for your community.

• The Darim Online Learning Network for Synagogues is a professional development and knowledge sharing program for staff, volunteers and lay leadership of synagogues to learn about social media and web site tools, strategies and best practices.  We bring guest experts to present by webinar, as well as surface best practices and learn from each other's work.  Congregations that have a Darim-developed a web site are automatically members.  Others can sign up to be come a member of the Learning Network for just a few hundred dollars per year, which includes webinars and online resource bank access (all past webinars, policies, best practices, article, etc.) for all synagogue representatives. • The Darim Online Learning Network for Educators is a similar program for congregational educators working with middle or high school aged populations.  Through this Covenant Foundation funded program we are currently working with a cohort of teachers and directors of education from many schools around the country.  In this second year of the program, we will be opening our webinar series to all educators in Darim congregations (Directors of Education and teachers), and selecting a small number of fellows from this group to receive more intensive consulting, coaching and training for a particular project.   Please email us to learn more, register for the webinars, and receive information on the fellowship.

• Consulting. Darim Online offers strategic and project based consulting to help you use social media effectively. Projects range from a comprehensive review of your web site with suggestions for improving your site, analysis of web stats, social media strategy planning, coaching on developing a presence on Facebook and more.  Given our experience with the tools and similar organizations, Darim can offer you valuable information and examples to help your staff or committee move forward.  We are able to save you both total time and elapsed time to reduce the hours invested in research and planning, and to get your new tools implemented and working for you quickly.
